$11 Dansby Swanson for $3 Cody Bellinger?

Would you trade Dansby Swanson at $11 through 2018 - when you already have Jose Peraza and Corey Seager as keepers - to get Cody Bellinger at $3 whose contract won't start until he's called up to the majors?

On the surface, I'd say yes. OTOH, depends on how much you need another quality hitter this year, and how much that extra $8 will help you land a good hitter.

That is a good deal. Swanson will likely be worth considerably more this year, but after that -position notwithstanding- Bellinger may generate bigger numbers. Neither side loses this deal, in my opinion.

Yeah, all of the things that I read are comping him as a Jeter-like player. Not a ton of power, but a solid player in every area. Better in RL than in fantasy. Bellinger, OTOH, is seen as a real power guy with a good hit tool as well.
