How does this website work? -
If you pay at least a dollar, you get the first tier of games (which includes OOTP). If you pay more than the average of everyone who's already bought something in this deal, currently $4.31, you get the second tier also. If you pay $12 you get the last tier. Once you buy something, you'll get serial numbers that you enter into Steam (http://store.steampowered.com/) to activate. It runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
