Altuve and SB

Altuve has but 4 SB since the AS break and 6 CS. Is he no longer going to be a 35-40+ SB player going forward? Or is there some reason he stopped running and his success rate has plummeted?

I know he is still fantasy gold, but without those steals in the upper 30 range, he isn't nearly as valuable in 5x5 leagues.
