Davis vs Stanton

How much, if any, of an upgrade is Stanton ROS? I could swap them but I'd need to part with my $1A Mazara. I'm leaning no but Davis has been horrendous. Categories are OBA, Slug, R, RBI, SB. I have plenty of other keeper options (10 max):

giving up Mazara is a lot though

is there any waiver wire fodder better than Davis right now?

Do you need Stanton to help you go up in standings or preserve a spot?

I wouldn't do it.

I like Stanton but he just can't stay healthy. He has a hip issue right now. May not be serious but still has to affect his hr ability.

I don't think Davis or Stanton gets you enough hrs over Mazara to make it worth it.

As horrendous as Davis has been, he still has a higher OBP than Stanton. Mazara's too much to toss in.

Hope you didn't do it. Gregg is right--Stanton just can't stay healthy. With him being out for the ROS now, his per season avg games played over his first 7 seasons is just under 116. Of course, despite that, he is average almost 30 hrs a season, so it's not like you can discount him too much. His upside is just too high. He's like the OF version of peak Tulo.

I wouldn't doubt it. He is to power what Hamilton is to speed. Best in the game. Just seems cursed though.

That is the deal you make with a streaky power hitter. Have to ride out the slumps, cuz you never know when they will go off. Davis definitely fits that bill. He hits them in bunches. Chris Carter as well.
