    nice.
It certainly feels that way. But I'm distrustful of that feeling and am curious about evidence.

          Zach Greinke's line today:

          1 2/3 IP
          10 H
          9 ER

I'll guess this was the worst start of his career.

Kershaw - whose arm fell off the day after I traded him away - and Greinke - who debuted for his new team today after I dumped him in deal too, too

also my other SP keeper Rubby de la Rosa, who is meeting with Dr Kevorkian - er, Andrews.

Colorado just knocked Strasburg out of the Cy Young race.
9 ER in 1.2 IP, and they didn't need a HR to do it. All nine guys have one hit or walk.

He almost had two more ER - reliever just got the third out after walking em full.

... it a shame the Nationals just released Papelbon. They could have shoved him out there.

Strasburg has now given up 18 er in his last 11.2 ip over 3 starts. Without checking, i'm assuming the velocity is still there with 18 k's in those 11.2 ip. Control is shaky but not terrible with 6 bb's in those 11.2 ip. The big culprit is the 24 hits in those 11.2 ip. Maybe he's tipping his pitches? Coors field didn't help him today. But, the fact that it's now 3 starts in a row where he has been hit hard is concerning.

There are less than 4 weeks left in the season and backup O's catcher, Caleb Joseph, who has been up most of the year, still doesnt have an RBI. His stats:

                              22-120, 6 R, 2 2B, 0 HR, 0 RBI, .183/.228/.200

MLB record for most ABs in a season w/o an RBI appears to be held by Oscar Jones who in 1904 had 137 ABs and never got an RBI. Joseph has a shot at this.
