Hanley Ramirez & Gallardo for Pence & Latos

I would be getting Hanley & Gallardo. This is a mixed league 5 keep league, 14 teams. Would you do this trade? I assume Hanley will eventually get out of his current funk and it would be nice to go into next year's draft with the SS position under control.

Assuming no salaries, which I think everyone is, I would jump on it. I like Gallardo as much as Latos, and Hanley is a huge upgrade.
