Points league - Looking for SP

I would like to bring in another SP. Owners are holding pitchers at a premium this season, for example I couldn't even get Arrieta for Correa if I wanted to (I don't). I was told "that's a good starting point" by Arrieta's owner. I was thinking of targeting a Maeda/Severino/Smyly/McCullers type. Figuring Maeda might be tough to get given his solid start, but might be able to get him for Blackmon. I was thinking of offering Santana for either Severino or Smyly. Any thoughts on that or have a preference?

Maeda/Severino/Smyly/McCullers ... Maeda might not be a high-K guy, but if low Ks inning eaters on good teams have value, then he might be your guy. The other 3 all have big innings concern. If you are going to pay such a crazy high price for a pitcher, I might shoot for someone a bit more boring but reliable - maybe a Mike Leake or Wei-Yin Chen type? Or with Wheeler having a setback, does Big Fat Bartolo Colon rise above your replacement level?

Using this points scale, Maeda would be my first target. Severino would be my next, but I have no confidence in Smyly at all.
