Should I dump any or all of these three pitchers?

Erasmo Ramerez, Alex Wood and Andrew Heaney, are my three "worst" starting pitchers.

I see Chris Tillman (2 starts week 1) The Royals, Chris Young, Bostons Joe Kelly, and Angles Hector Santiago on my waiver wire. Should I drop any or all 3 of my "worst" starting pitchers for any of the guys I mentioned on my waiver wire?
