  • My last NL Keeper.

    5x5; 10 teams; 280 draft cap; 30% inflation

My last keeper comes down to Jake Lamb $10 or Hunter Pence at $26. Dont normally keep higher salaried players but OF is thin, and with inflation Pence would be "valued" at $30+ on Baseball HQ and $35 on Rotowire. Lamb would have less profit but less money tied up going into draft. On the other hand I could pick door 3. Would appreciate input.

    Thanks in advance

I would go Pence. The whole AZ playing time situation is too crowded for my taste.

There's a lamb vs. hunter joke in here somewhere. I'd be taking Pence. I am just not a big Lamb guy. Giants' lineup is good this year, plus, you know, even year.

I too like Pence, who contributes in all 5 cats

I still like Pence. If you have the room in your budget, Id keep him. Spangey is interesting if hes batting second in that padres lineup, but outside of 30ish steals, im not sure hes gonna give you a whole lot else. you kinda know what youre getting with pence, even though his iron man days are behind him.
