    SP Severino $10 2017
    SP Rodon $5 2017
SP Hamels $36 GC$36 2016 (has to be kept)
    RP/SP D.Duffy $3 2016
    RP Osuna $1 2017
    RP Neshek $4 2017

Another owner offered him Sano (Dh only) $5 2017, Buxton $10 2018, Bauer $10 2016, R.Castillo $15 2017 and Darvish $12 2016 for him about a month ago. This owner was considering it if Buxton starts in the minors.

Was just wondering if any of you can come up with a fair offer from what I have on my team that would make my team better. I value Correa at around $40 in our league. Based on all teams projected keepers, mine is the best going into the draft by a pretty good margin, though about 6 teams have on average of about $25 more to spend than me, but they do need a lot.

    Thanks

Brutally honest. I don't think that you have the bullets to get Correa. If he hasn't pulled the trigger in Buxton, Sano, and Darvish, I don't see what you might have to offer that's better than that. Sorry...

Can't say that I disagree. The owner that made that offer was pretty much giving up all his best keepers for him. I'd probably have to start with Springer and my 2 best pitchers who in our league, are pretty valuable as pitching goes for a lot.

I agree that you probably don't have enough without starting with Springer/Richards/Salazar, but one thing you could do is find out how much he likes the idea of Tulo and Hamels at $36 each and offer to take them off his hands as part of the deal.
In the best of times, our days are numbered, anyway. And it would be a crime against Nature for any generation to take the world crisis so solemnly that it put off enjoying those things for which we were presumably designed in the first place, and which the gravest statesmen and the hoarsest politicians hope to make available to all men in the end: I mean the opportunity to do good work, to fall in love, to enjoy friends, to sit under trees, to read, to hit a ball and bounce the baby.

I wouldn't try. I like your team going into the auction. You have more money and less holes to fill than the Correa owner.

Correa is a fantastic value, but Springer is no slouch himself.

My three best keepers in my two only leagues are $10 Betts and $15 Springer in my AL and $10 Pollock in my NL. A good number of people have asked me what it takes to trade one of them. My answer is something that makes me feel good about trading them. Quite frankly I am sure that would be more than you would want to pay.

This is not me being a jerk. I have no desire to trade one of these for a "fair offer." They are elite and for me to give that up I have to be blown away.

Correa is almost untouchable pre-auction at this price. Springer is not that far behind.
