Eovaldi is the one I trust the most. I can see an argument for Bailey if you're not too concerned about this year

Alex Wood for right now but I also can see a pretty decent argument for Homer Bailey. Eovaldi is a relatively distant third for me - can't trust a dude who throws 99 but can't strike anyone out.

.....and is a WHIP killer.
