Help with Expansion first pick: dollars vs sense

I am an expansion team in a 5x5 roto keeper auction league and have the following options fir the first pick in the expansion draft:

Jose altuve for $44 for 1 yr, $42 for yr 1 and $48 for yr 2 or $41 for yr 1, $46 for yr2 and $51 for yr3
Charlie Blackmon for $25 for 1 yr, $23 for yr 1 and $29 yr 2 or $22 for yr 1, $27 yr 2 and $32 yr 3
Max scherzer for $42 for 1 yr, $40 for yr 1 and $46 for yr 2 or $39 yr 1, $44 yr 2 and $49 yr 3


Any advice most appreciated!

How many teams? Any idea what inflation is expected to be?

I think I'd go with Blackmon for 23 and 29 (2 year option).
