2K16: Jimmy Rollins

Thought's on this guy going into this season.

I have him at $4 in a 15 team Mixed league, wondering if he'll make more profit than my $1 Jackie Bradley Jr or $1 Melvin Upton.

I'm probably crazy but I really like Rollins in Chicago. Been grabbing him wherever I can and trying to pair him with a minor leaguer that could take over at some point. The cost has been so low and it might be going up.

I like him a lot this year also.

I'd easily keep him over Upton, maybe over Bradley.

Bradley for a buck is a no brainer to me. Rollins could drop off the face of the earth at any minute, not to mention that if Tim Anderson gets hot to start the season in AAA, it won't be long before the job is his.

I actually like Melvin more as well...

If I had to choose one of the three I am taking Bradley. I like his upside as well as the ability to trade him easier than Rollins. As Eld said you save 3 bucks and can get him back with a new contract close to what he is now.

OK, new dilema.

Grandal, whom I have at $2, is hurting and it sounds like it may be a bit more serious than first reported. If it's found that he's to miss a month or two, is Rollins a keeper at $4 over Yasmani? How mush time would Grandal have to miss to validate keeping Rollins over him?

To no one's real surprise, Rollins has won the SS job over Tyler Saladino.

I'm hoping to gethim back at the auction, I hope he doesn't go for more than $4, but there is one guy in our league still going to $5 on Manny Ramirez so.........
