Mixed League Keeper Help Needed

New to this league and looking for some opinions:

14 team mixed league, standard 5x5, $260 budget, usual 23 player starting lineup. 5 keepers. Anything less, $25 real money per player. More than 5, same $25 cash per player. No extensions. These are 2016 prices. Salary goes up $5 per year. So if I keep these guys, their price will be $5 higher in 2017. Can keep a guy as long as I want but it gets cost prohibitive after a few years. Here goes:

F Lindor - 7
LeMahieu - 11
Vogt - 6
Buxton - 9
Gardner - 16
K Morales - 10
Votto - 23
Happ - 8
Melancon - 11
Pineda -16
Sale - 34
H Santiago - 6
Wacha - 9

A lot will depend on inflation. I'm not used to the $5 hike on all players, I suspect that would curb inflation quite a bit. What do you project inflation to be in this league?

I'd go Lindor, Votto, Sale, Morales, Melancon.

Pretty rough after that, and the last 3 above are really only valuable if there's inflation
