I must suck at research because I can't find anything on Crawford injury. Is he okay? Is he done for a while? What's up with this guy? Should I keep him in the lineup this week?

Is Brandon Crawford playing this week?

Crawford close? Besieged by injuries, the Giants might be getting an important player back soon. Bochy said Sunday morning that shortstop Brandon Crawford, out with calf and side tightness, was scheduled to hit off a tee, and he was potentially available off the bench against San Diego.
“He’s making improvement,” Bochy said.In the best of times, our days are numbered, anyway. And it would be a crime against Nature for any generation to take the world crisis so solemnly that it put off enjoying those things for which we were presumably designed in the first place, and which the gravest statesmen and the hoarsest politicians hope to make available to all men in the end: I mean the opportunity to do good work, to fall in love, to enjoy friends, to sit under trees, to read, to hit a ball and bounce the baby.

If you have a good alternative, I'd go with it. The Giants are not going to push Crawford's return on this injury-plagued campaign. He may play some this week, but I'd bet that Tomlinson gets more ABs than Crawford this week. He's officially day-to-day, but I'm not expecting much of him for the rest of this year. In the one league I have him, I have benched him, for Tomlinson, no less.
