cheap wins

I am looking for SP that have been demoted to the bullpen that might get some cheap wins.

I have too many RP filling all my RP and P spots but usually have an SP spot open
so
I need SP that are used frequently - not every 5 days

Ideas?

He's struggled his last few outings but I've used Brandon Maurer for most of the year in one of my SP spots and have snagged a few wins from him.

yes - I had him for a few wins too - he qualifies as SP on Yahoo and that is what I need

Saves are helpful but Wins are even better

Is Logan Verrette of Mets available? he'll be a swing man off win at COL in start yesterday, and I suspect he'll get some nice 7th-inning spots that Parnell failed at. plus spot starts here and there.
