Fantasy baseball rookie needs some advice please...

We start 2 catchers in my 12 team 5x5 league and play for Quality starts not wins. By looking at my team, what kinds of trades should I be trying to make? I know you can see the other teams in my league, but in general what guys on my team should I be looking at trying to move and for what positions and rank? For example, If you think I should try to trade A/Gonz for a relief pitcher, let me know if the relief pitcher should be a top 3 guy or a top 5 guys or a top 10 guy etc.

First of all - it looks like you need many of your players to just perform better
Sal Perez comes to mind

You need another closer - look to move Crawford for one and hope Utley isnt done - maybe a deal for a middle tier closer for Crawford could be made
