What do do with this team

14 team, 5x5 H2H. I am in 14th after finishing in 5th last year. 23 GB and losing 1-9 this week.

With Strasburg and VMart hurting and Cobb gone for the season, there doesn't seem to be much hope that these guys are gonna turn it around.

We keep 4. Gomez, Beltre, VMart, Reyes were my keepers this year.
We also keep up to 4 late rounders forever. Strasburg, Cobb, Arcia were kept this year and Giolito also qualifies.

Who are my current top 4 outside of the late rounders? I may be able to acquire a superstar for something like Hosmer/Pedroia/Grilli. Otherwise, I can swap players and get a draft pick upgrade instead (common in this league).

Shark & Reyes are not too far behind.

I think I'd move anyone besides Gomez & Hosmer to get 2 top 4 types.

Yeah, that's not a great core going forward. Pedroia and Beltre are getting old. Gomez and Hosmer is a great top 2 but if Hosmer was 3rd or 4th I'd feel better. Can you move Pedroia/Reyes/Beltre to get another top 4? Seems like a longshot that Rusney or Heyward ever become great top 4 options. (Sad face)

One contender has Scherzer/Shields/Lester. He needs SS/closer, so I asked about Shields/warm body for Reyes/(Grilli or KRod). He offered Lester instead.

I think I need to hold out for more.

TBH I might be able to get Lester and trade him and a closer for a better pitcher, or a stud hitter. I will give it a couple days to see who's available.

Another team has Trout/Felix/Kluber/Pollock/Hanley/Belt, plus Archer as a late-rounder.

Should I consider moving Stras/Cobb for Archer? I had several bites on both in the offseason. Archer has taken the next step and there are long term injury concerns about my guys.

Does Hanley upgrade my team? I'm ready to move on from Reyes and his injuries, and Hanley may be more of the same. I like Belt but he'd be my second 1B (DH) which is not ideal.

I just got an offer of Moss/Hammel for EE/Semien. EE is the perfect player for me to get.

He said he would add MJohnson (dynasty keeper) for Reyes. He also has Calhoun who I like.

Strasburg and Giolito are no-brainers. Are 2 of Cobb/Arcia/Zunino/Trumbo dynasty keepers?

I tend to think it's down to Cobb and Arcia. Will Trumbo rebound?

So none of them should go before the 19th round? Only keeping 2-3 of them would give me an opportunity for me to grab another young player and with 1st pick I'd have my choice of anyone who wasn't drafted earlier (this year Gallo, Giolito, CoSeager, Buxton, Correa all lasted until the 19th round).
