If you're dumping then I'd go for Joc but if it's not a dump deal I'd prefer Gomez. Joc is much more valuable in an OBP league and the jury's still out on whether he'll be able to steal bases effectively in the majors (might only be a 15 SB type instead of 25). Assuming you're dumping and choose Joc, I'd wait until the end of the year to figure out his option year but as of now I'd go 2 extra years.
