HDID: 14 Team Mixed H2H

Keepers in bold. There was tons of pitching left so next year I need to reach for a hitter or two early. Pitchers I liked kept falling to me and I couldn't resist. I'm probably going to have to move one for a MI.

I think that's a very solid team all-around. Castillo's very high risk/reward but you backed him up nicely with a couple other high risk/reward guys in Arcia/Garcia. Your closers are somewhat weak but staying on the wire should alleviate that concern. Good job!

Closers aren't great but with shallow benches I'm guessing you can find one on the wire. Definitely worried about Hosmer as a DH in a 14-team league that only starts 14 1B and 42 OF. Maybe one of your Arcia/Garcia duo breaks out enough to start. Pitching is really good but it's sometimes hard to get value when trading pitchers for hitters. Maybe that's less true in H2H. Love Giolito but in a league with 6 keepers, no way he makes the cut next year, so you should trade him now or cut him if you can't trade him.

This is a daily league, so I can play matchups with my DH spot.

We have up to 8 keepers - we must keep 4 (first 4 picks) and we can keep up to 4 dynasty keepers backfilled from the 22nd round. Strasburg, Cobb, Arcia, Giolito are mine. So, Giolito would be my 19th or 20th round 'pick' next year. He's likely a 0 this year. Is he worth stashing?

I traded Kazmir for Moss today. I had too many arms with Cobb back soon and like Moss' 1B/OF eligibility.

I accepted and then he got a notification that Cuddyer was HBP so it's on hold.

ETA: He ended up sending 4 offers. I took the first. My DL spots are occupied by Cobb/Parnell so no room for Cain. I have Castillo on my bench so Moss gives me a fill-in at OF.
