Who are expected to be the top picks in this years amateur draft?

I recently read that Matuella is expected to be an early pick but based on the above link, he's late first round. My league allows anyone to be drafted in the minor league draft but they must sign a contract before next season. I'm thinking about trying to draft Brendan Rodgers but is anyone else worth it? Looks like a crap shoot at this point.

Therewill be risers as there are every year. Right now Rodgers is the best target. He has exciting upside. Until I know for sure what concerned the Astros about Aiken, I would still target him. My bigger worry than his supposedly small UCL is the likelihood he will get taken at 3 by the Rockies. That is where some are projecting him to go.

Whatever the Astros concerns, they felt good enough to up their offer to $5M or so right at the end. Yes I could see that happening... Rodgers, Astros make a safe signable pick, then Aiken #3.
