AL-only 4x4 Standard Keeper League question (Lowrie $8-s1 vs. Gose $10-s2)

Standard AL-only 4x4 Keeper League with 25-30% inflation.

(Side note, our league is going to 5x5 next year with RS as the 5th category)

We can keep up to 13 players. This is not a huge deal, obviously, but for my 13th keeper. Which would you prefer?

Jed Lowrie $8-s1 (2015 will be his last year)
Anthony Gose $10-s2 (2 more years)
or
Neither

Gose at $10 seems like a lot, but our inflation in this league is big, and he looks like he's the better side of the platoon. The possibility of 30+ steals for $10 is intriguing. (And yes, probably canceled out by a .230 average, I know but...)

Without seeing the other rosters and who is back in the auction, I probably agree with this. Although I might throw Lowrie back and add to the money saved to get a better keeper.

Pass. I think he'll get back to double-digit HR, but not enough upside to commit $8.

Gose stole 70 bases in double A.

He is just 24 years old with 540 mlb at bats sprinkled over three seasons.

His walks have been good enough or better at virtually every stop.

He is slated for full time action in Detroit.

For me, all these things add up to a guy who could easily jump in production.

Would 35 stolen bases be worth $10 in a 12 team only 4x4 league ?? I say absolutely.

I know it's 4x4 and Gose can easily earn that $10 even as a bench guy who steals 25. I just think you might be able to find that player cheaper or at least pay 10 at auction but keep the flexibility (Bonifacio, Schafer, Gentry, etc)
