someone posted it here last year, and it's awesome. It's now up for the 2015 season:

For anyone already using it, do you find it goes off the rails around pick 285, as it's been drafting minor leaguers (in the 2 I've done so far) who may not get much playing time in 2015.

They fixed the drafting problem (too few "experts" had done lists), but for some reason, the position eligibility is screwed up for a few players (Chris Davis doesn't have his 3B eligibility, Mauer is still listed with C eligibility). It kind of makes doing mocks on the site useless until the fix these errors.
