Yep. MLB Radio interviewed Happ this afternoon. I was surprised to see this headline but I like it for the Jays.

Yep, Sanchez into the rotation ... this may mean that Melky isn't coming back, ... if so, it's time to get some relief.

edit: according to Geoff Baker (Mariners blog):

GM Alex Anthopolous told Toronto reporters that Saunders will be his everyday starting left fielder, likely meaning the organization has moved on from possibility of signing free agent Melky Cabrera.

I like this move for the Jays, Saunders has always been a guy who seems on the brink of breaking through, but injuries seems to derail him.

I like the deal for Toronto - Saunders has upside, and Happ's not a good fit for pitching in Toronto.

If Saunders is gonna start, it'll move him up on my fantasy lists, that's for sure.

Trade Walker for 1 year of Upton...not sure that .makes sense for the Mariners.
