Quality Assurance Coach?

Quality Assurance Coach?! Really. Has anyone in here ever heard of that before?

I wonder what the job description is for that position? What quality will the position be in charge of? Well I guess I am happy to read that the Cubs have filled that role. It must have been a very glaring need.

I am not saying that the hiring of Henry Blanco is not a good move. I think it is. It just seems that the Cubs could have made up a better title than Quality Assurance Coach.
