He's in my minors. Should I just get him into my active roster and start his clock? I feel that he may be up for good and even if he goes down when Matusz gets back he's bound to get his 50+ innings this year. He's only $2 for 3yrs so when it comes time to extend him it wont hurt so much. I could use a good starter.

I think he's going to get 50 innings this year. He's too good to keep down. BAL may want to keep his innings and service time down to 4 months, but he'll go over 50 IP.
