$265 is your auction spending dollars for your entire roster. We did away with the reserve draft and just gave $1 per bench spot.
Disregard what CBS says. They have a glitch where they only "allow" the salary cap to be whatever the highest team has in salary -- but we haven't run keepers yet.

Lets talk rookie draft. I don't see details in the constitution so I wanted to clarify.
For the regular auction, are minor league players ineligible? i.e. they have to be on the 40 man roster? So no one can purchase Adley Rutschman during the auction portion?
And then for the 2 round minor league draft, we pick players from the minors. And since I already have Royce Lewis, for instance, I'll only pick once?

So we've changed the ML portion since I became commissioner 2 years ago, since it was a mess.
The ML Draft is held post-auction. We used to have only 5 reserve slots (we now have 6), so it didn't make any sense to buy a player who was likely not going to see any playing time that season. It still may not. But you could if you so desired. But once a player has an active contract, he cannot be placed back in the minors. So you're carrying that player all season long as a dead roster spot. The old commish allowed you to pick up ML players in-season and put them in your ML slot, but I stopped that.
We're going to hold the ML draft again post-auction. You can buy any player in the auction, but again, you cannot place them in your minors if they don't make the team. So if you want to buy Adley Rutschmann, you can, but you're stuck with him on an active contract even if he stays in the minors.
Robert was picked up using FAAB in-season.
It's not perfect, but I think this way penalizes those who want to waste roster spots on MLers all season long.

If the MLB regular season gets postponed as expected, is the any possibility that we push back the auction or are proceeding as planned?

One team has dropped out, but has graciously agreed to pay for the team if a new owner is found, given the circumstances. It's a 4-player, 2-ML keeper team, $100 entry fee (free for this year), 5x5 roto, auction on CBS.
Keepers are due on July 8th. Online auction is July 16th at 8pm.
Here is the team:
