30 Team Salary Cap MLB $ League - Unique Salary cap concept.
New MLB $ League. This league is called “For Love of the game”. It is a head to head, rotisserie league. The concept of this league is to resemble the real life MLB team. Where owners can decide themselves if they are a small market or large market team. You decide what your salary cap is. The salary cap is based off your buy-in.
If you want to spend only $25 on a team, your cap is $50m. If you want to be a large market team or larger at least. You can buy in for more. For every $1 of real money, you get 2m worth of cap money.
Initial rosters will be selected via a draft. All MLB and MILB players will be in this draft. So if you want to Select Kris Bryant with your first overall pick you can. Or if you want Mike Trout you can do that also.
We will use real life contracts pulled for Spotrac.com.
Being an active owner from the start, and the ability to build your team from the ground up will be the difference.
