Start-Up Dynasty for 2016 = Need 6 more
Owners will be chosen according to experience in these type of leagues.
Also all owners will need to be able to open up Excel, all minor tracking will be done on the spreadsheet, as well as AAA, AA, Espn sites
NO Contracts and or Salaries!
Drafts will be this off-season
When league is full, we start drafting!
Espn will be the regular season site, as well as Proboards.
There could a few final touchup rules to this league, just a Heads up!

FIN Concept:
12 teams
5 rosters
MLB, AAA, AA, A, International
MLB Roster:40 = Competitive.
Rules for this roster:
1 = No players can be drafted for this roster at or below 150 AB's or 50 IP.
2 = Roster freeze on this roster during playoffs, unless a player on this roster gets put on the DL, during the playoffs.
3 = If you have a player go on the DL only during the playoffs, then a owner will be able to promote a player from another roster, if the player is eligible.
4 = Keepers for this roster will be 35 each and every year.
5 = Keeper lock will be sometime in Febuary each year, date will be announced to all owners on proboards site.
6 = After the first season, and the keeper lock has been set, a 5 Rd FA draft will be announced, this draft will be for owners to be able to draft any players that are in pool of players, within League rules and guidelines.
7 = The Draft order will be according to Final standings after playoffs are final.
8 = Draft will be a snake draft.
9 = Results from the playoffs will determine your draft slot, after the first season.

A Roster: 7 = Non-Competitive.

International Roster: 3 = Non-Competitive.

Specific rules for each owner to be aware of:
1 = Thru out this league for all rosters combined, owners must not have more than 8 players from 1 MLB team, that includes In-season, all year.
2 = If a owner decides to draft or add, or trade a player that will put a owner over the required 8 players from 1 MLB team, then that owner can only have 7 from all other MLb franchises.
3 = All owners are responsible for this rule to be in affect for all their rosters of players.
If the rule is broken because of a trade or add, or drafting, then the owners involved must fix the situation ASAP, or the LM will step in and make the adjustments.
4 = If the LM is forced to make adjustments, because of owners not fixing to the problem, then the LM can demote, drop, reverse trade, or whatever is necessary to get the rosters correct, sometimes that will cause owners to lose players they recently added or players added back to rosters from waiver pool, or getting a trade reversed, No Exceptions Period.
5 = All rosters have specific guidelines for owners to stay aware of, and abide by, they are posted above in each rosters makeup.
