Looking for a new roto league

I am looking to join a new mixed league with ~ following set up:

- entry fee of ~ $100 paid thru Leaguesafe
- minimum of 12 teams (ideally 14-15 teams) with fairly deep rosters, say 23 active and 5 player bench
- Active roster something like 14 hitters (C, 1B, 2B, SS, 3B, MI, CI, 5 OF, 2 UTIL) and 9 pitchers
- 5 x 5 roto
- Innings pitched limits, say minimum 900 IP, maximum 1600 IP
- FAAB system for free agents, say 3 times a week and $100 FAAB
- no minor league draft
- would prefer non-keeper
- preferably a slow auction on a message board or chat room

I am an experienced fantasy baseball manager and can assure you I will remain active and competitive for the entire year

I am flexible on some of the above settings but the league must be 5 x 5 roto

Starting a 6x6 roto (BA, R, RBI, SB, HR and either SLG or OPS) - (Net W, ERA, K's, WHIP, SV and QS). Entry fee will be between
$75 and $85. All money to be paid out less site admin fee. 5 keeper. New league so we will start with a snake for the first year. At least 12 team. 8 position hitters plus DH and 7 pitchers.
