fantasy wise I was never a fan of Toro, but if he can be an average player it's probably a decent long term deal. I'm sure it sucks for the players, at least in the short term. Kelenic w another HR today (#14). But hitting HRs is about the only thing he's doing and his slash line currently is .174/.255/.347. His bWAR is -2.1!! That's Chris Davis territory. His defensive WAR is listed as -1.6. That's w playing primarily CF, a premium defensive position. So his offense is bad but apparently his defense is even worse. Pretty bad for a top 2 prospect coming into this year. He still has plenty of time to turn things around but I think it's time to start getting concerned.Comment
