Giants lost tonite so a good opportunity for the Dodgers to pull a game closer to them. They got ahead of the Rockies, 3-0, then 5-3, then blew the lead in the 8th, then fell behind 6-5 in the 9th. In the bottom of the 9th, they got a bases-loaded walk to tie the game w noone out, and then couldnt score the winning run, striking out 3 straight times w the bases loaded. Game is in the 10th now. Dont know how this one will turn out, but it must be pretty frustrating to be a Dodgers fan the past few days.

Edit: Rockies score 3 in the 10th, the Dodgers go very quietly in their half and lose it 9-6. Jansen didnt pitch so you cant blame this one on him. Given their recent struggles, seems like it would have been better to pitch someone like Treinen, Kelly or maybe Victor Gonzalez in the 10th instead of Jimmie Sherfy.
