    Very good guess! McReynolds had 21 SBs w no CSs in 1988 but that's only the 2nd most.

    Another hint: the record was made in the 21st century.

    The answer is Chase Utley who had 23 SBs w no CSs in 2009.

    Keep your eye on Enrique Bradfield. He can do much more than just steal bases. He's likely to go very high in next year's draft.

    FYI, Bradfield ended up the season w 46 SBs (tied for 2nd most in Div. 1) and 0 CSs. He will be eligible in next year's draft.
