I take McClanahan in a vacuum, but would ultimately decide based on the rest of my keeper list makeup.
They're extremely close so it's not clear cut in any way.
Then again, I think giving AL central players a small boost (due to slightly lower opponent skill level with unbalanced schedule, lotta KC/MIN/DET) makes sense.

Yes to all 3. I have concerns the Rays have run out of their luck in pitching injury prevention with the rash they've had the past 2 years, especially on the high profile end with Glasnow, Baz, and Kittredge.

Keeper - depends on salary and team construction
Dynasty - Prefer Robert in a dynasty format, hitters tend to have less risk long term
