Aaron Rodgers, who told everyone he was vaccinated, tested positive for covid and will be out this week. And oh, based on the factors needed for his return, he was not vaccinated.

Ugh, so now I've lost my 1st round pick, my 2nd round pick, and my QB all within a couple days. And thanks for not getting the goddamn shot, Rodgers. Can't trust these Cal Bears, I tell ya.

Does this mean we can stop seeing those stupid State Farm commercials for 14 days? That's how it works, right?

I sure hope so. They are getting worse and more frequent.

No, he told everyone he was immunized. Mere peons like us clearly do not understand the difference.

He used "holistic healing" services. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL.

"Sit in front of this candle and chant "Ohhmmmmm." OK, you're now protected from covid!"

Gimme a break with these idiots already.

Interesting...local news is still reporting that he took a "homeopathic recipe" that "increased his antibodies and resistance". Which is still a LOLOLOLOL, but maybe one or two LOLs less. Or more. Mileages may vary.

It'll be very interesting to see how much this costs the Packers. One enterprising local Packer blogger is splicing together publicly available video to estimate how many times Aaron violated league protocol. His estimate so far is between 150-200 times. If the league throws the hammer down at $15k/violation, that's going to add up to a tidy sum. And that doesn't include any of the internal security camera video.

Is it not surprising that his fiance, Shailene Woodley, also creates her own medicines? Eesh.

So how long until State Farm dumps him as a spokesman? Can't really have the face of an insurance company be a reckless individual.

Also, the Packers appear to have skirted NFL rules re: Rodgers, as he did not wear a facemask on the sidelines nor in interviews, as is required of non-vaxxed individuals.

I'm not sure if State Farm will dump him (I think so), but he's also the primary spokesman for a major medical group in our area, Bellin Health. I can't believe they haven't fired him already.

If the league busts the Packers on a per close contact case basis, then it's going to be verrrrrry expensive. And I suspect will cost them a draft pick, too.

I feel pretty badly for Coach LaFleur - it's pretty apparent he was given orders from the senior management that the coaching staff was to treat Aaron with kid gloves and essentially ignore a lot of the protocols, and they're leaving him hang in the pressers.

Rodgers consulted with eminent medical specialist Joe Rogan before undergoing his homeopathic "immunization."

Apparently he's also a believer that the vaccine will lead to sterilization, which is a right wing nutjob falsehood.

Well...I was gonna stay away from politics on this one, but since you opened the door.....let's just say if Aaron and Shailene believe it, it's not merely a right-wing nutjob falsehood. Means it's equally in the left-wing, crunchy granola head, nutjob falsehood group, too.

Yes, that's apparently true, lol. Woodley is a greenpeace-type, so maybe so.
