I'll also point out that Toussaint, who was my favorite going into the draft before it was reported he was removed from the rotation, had only 10 IP during this period and woudnt have gotten me to the innings threshold. And it wouldnt have mattered but he wasnt nearly as good as Cortes either. OTOH, Bailey Ober, who was my 2nd choice after Cortes, had 17.7 IP, which would have just barely enabled me to make it.
