is like something the brilliance only Dear Abby could formulate. like when a girl has to decide between keeping her cat or meeting a new boyfriend. and the boyfriend says no cat. so she has to decide, happiness on scale 1-5 with either * years. to me, every time the cat wins. but you have to keep your cat healthy and alive for it to work.Comment

on a scale 1-5 how happy would you be with a cat. * the years you are with it..
I figure 5 * 15yrs = 70
1-5 you are happy with people, 3 * 20 yrs = 60
or if you have 4 * 20 = 80
probably more you be 4 * 30 = 120
not that everyone would live 120 years but you'd live longer than a cat.
yet, you're always guaranteed to be happy with a cat.Comment

I had a crazy idea today. seriously, every time a manager takes a SP out of the game and there are runs scored, you grade the manager on it.
just watching games today I saw two managers do it.
whether you want to say right during the inning it happened or later in the game. managers should have some metric, just like the players.Comment
