I was using Dogs, Police Dogs, and Cops as proper nouns. The NO was to signify the emotion. I messed up by not putting an exclamation point after it. Oh NO! It's the Cops!

I actually thought about going back and changing it but I was lazy. Thought who would notice. Reading your comment made me smile. Thank you for that.
