The IQ requirement is the same as the ages.

        • I don't think people really realize just how off the rails this Court has gone. This last week of decisions along with the decision to grant cert in a particularly scary election case next year has been absolutely devastating - from eroding the separation of church and state, to kneecapping the ability of the government to address important issues like climate change, to taking away a right that has been in place for 50 years, to taking away gun restrictions (right on the heels of the massacre of 19 little children) that had been in place for a century, to eroding the sovereign rights of our Indian brothers and sisters, to even taking away the ability of a criminal defendant to seek redress when they are convicted due to incompetent counsel. This is the worst Supreme Court of all time, operating with little to no regard for precedent. It's no wonder they are broadly viewed as partisan and have the lowest confidence numbers in polling history.
More American children die by gunfire in a year than on-duty police officers and active duty military.

          • Congratulations to Kentaji Brown Jackson, just sworn in as the first black woman ever to serve on the Supreme Court. Good luck dealing with those right wing extremists crushing our democracy underfoot.

Justice Brown walking into chambers for the first time:
