CBS sportsline - unable to download or export report to excel/csv file

Anyone else using CBS sportsline for their league stats? We have been with them for 20+ years and just this week are having an issue with the option to export any roster or stat report to a excel or csv file. Does anyone else have this issue? We opened a case just today with them so not sure if this is due to an upgrade on their website and if they will even fix this.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve been doing that every week or so, haven’t had any issues yet. But it’s been a few days. Not on my PC now so can’t try it to say for sure.

thanks revo. let me now when you can check on your pc. When you run reports or a roster, it would be the 3 icons that show up in the lower left of the page. I believe it give you an option to save, print and export what you see on your page. I am no longer seeing those icons and I have tried multi PC and browsers.
