I would have said Romney, but if Florida moves up their primary and Perry wins it, I think he gets the momentum.

The GOP seems to have a hierarchy when it comes to this stuff. Previous campaign's runner-up often gets the nod (when the GOP is not running an incumbent).

Reagan 2nd in 1976, 1st in 1980.
Dole 2nd in 1988, 1st in 1996.
McCain 2nd in 2000, 1st in 2008.
Romney 2nd in 2008, 1st in 2012?

Romney has to win the Primaries in states like South Carolina, Florida, North Carolina, Louisiana, Texas, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, etc. before anyone worries about Obama. You're delusional if you don't think that the bigotry of the Bible Belt isn't going to have an impact on Romney-- again.
