With Bell and Woodhead as keepers, my strategy was to land a top RB and then ignore them until dollar days, spending most of the rest of my money on WR and TE. McCoy, Peterson, Forte, Lynch, Martin and Foster were all available. Need Shady to dominate and a big year from one or both of Wallace and Benjamin.
Second:
12-team PPR redraft. Decimal scoring, all TDs 6. Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex (RB/WR/TE), 1 Team K, 1 Team D/ST, 1 Coach (win=4, tie=2, loss=0). 3rd round reversal (1-12, 12-1, 12-1, then 1-12, 12-1 for the rest of the draft.

I have never taken J. Graham in the first before, but if I passed him up I was gonna take Lynch, who fell to me in the 2nd, so I think that turned out to be the right move. I also have the SF (runs all the time) and MIA (implementing the run-heavy Chip Kelly offense) running situations locked up. The high-upside WRs will be the difference as to whether I make the playoffs, I think.
