What if you put the FAAB salary and the Minor Leaguer salary in the contract field? So for example a minor leaguer will have a black salary field and the contract field will be M-# and a FAAB guy can have a contract of F-##. Wouldn't that help cut down on the number of fields and avoid the $5 increase effecting those salaries and avoid having the salary cap issues of the FAAB guys. If FAAB guys get the $5 bump if they are kept after the season you can adjust those salaries to put the dollar value in the salary field.

I suppose that would work. I kind of like the different fields. It's less confusing to look at, especially for a few of the more easily-confused guys in my league. Also, I KNOW those fields aren't the cause of my Error Message problems, because I've been using them for years in two leagues.
