12 team AL only roto keeper w/obp $260 draft day cap

Would appreciate ranking the following possible keepers in my league (or maybe highlight top 5-10) and don't separate hitting and pitching when ranking, I want to see who you think the best ones are overall.

        Minors first (top 5):
        1. Profar $5
        2. Sano $5
        3. Bogaerts $10
        4. Castellanos $2
        5. Archer $5

Top 10 for others (like most of the prospects better than these guys since all are 2014 contracts):
        1. Jennings $10
        2. Lawrie $15
        3. Hellickson $10
        4. Kipnis $15
        5. Sale $7
        6. Middlebrooks $10
        7. Cobb $5
        8. Saunders $6

        Dropoff:
        9. Reddick $10
        10. Anderson $1

If I got Kipnis should I make him $20 and have him through 2015? Same with Middlebrooks making him $15 through 2015?. In my league I think Kipnis would be worth Pedroia type money and he went for $33, so that still leaves value. Middlebrooks, if he performs to 25-30hr and 100 rbi would probably be in the $30 range as well.

I guess the real question is, can you win in 2014 or do you need a longer term outlook? The top guys for me would look something like this:

            Sale $7 2014
            M.Saunders $6 2015
            Kipnis $15 2014
            Middlebrooks $10 2014
            S.Perez $9 2014
            Jennings $10 2014
            Cobb $5 2014
            O.Arcia $2 2015
            C.Carter $5 2014

            Prospects:
            Profar $5
            Bogaerts $10
            Archer $5
            Sano $5
            Franklin $2
            Castellanos $2
            K.Gibson $2
            Hultzen $10
            Odorizzi $5

Just an FYI for anyone that replied to this post, the keepers I put on here are on other teams in my league and since my team doesn't have a very good shot at winning it again, I may start dealing some pieces away and build for next year.

I have an offer right now for my D.Holland $11 2013 or can be extended to $16 for 2014 by whoever trades for him, Mauer $22 2014 and Raburn $1 2104 for Kipnis $15 for next year or $20 to have for 2015, Saunders $1 this year and next or can extend to $6 before next season and have through 2015, plus a throw in.

I like this deal for both sides as he needs pitching and OBP and I need SB and runs/rbi. I have C.Lewis back soon, maybe Paulino and Bauer is in my reserve. This deal would help for next year and at the same time, not be throwing in the towel because I can remain competitive this year and maybe finish in the money still.

Seems like a good deal for me?
