Is this AL dump trade too much?

Al 5x5 10 teams

The 9th place team is finally dumping. He offered:

Cuddyer, RDavis, Romero, Soria (all expiring)
for
Melky 2 and Ogando 4 (for 2012 only)

I dumped 3w ago and Melky and Ogando are my 2 best keepers, however, I'm now 7 just pts out of the money.

I need:
HR (15 = 2 pts)
R (13 = 1 pt)
RBI (60 = 2 pts)
K (37 = 2 pts)
SV (3 = 2 pts)
W (8 = 3 pts)

It's a long shot, I know. I told him he needs to FAAB Jimenez and include him in the following deal (he has $94 left, 2 others have $93):

Pierzynski 10, Cuddyer 14, Wells x, Murphy x, Vlad, Romero x, Jimenez 10, Fister 3, Soria x, Rauch
FOR
Butera 10, LHughes 10, Melky 2, Sweeney 2, Brignac 7, Ogando 4, Simon 10, Wakefield 10, Godfrey 10, Perkins 10

Note: I may have to ask for Hunter x instead of Fister 3.

Is this getting out of hand?

I'd do the first deal on the table. I am not convinced Melky is a gold-plated keeper and that's a nice haul. If you can get Hunter or Fister, that's fine. I like the 2nd deal too, but that does seem a little crazy. It still helps you but I'm not sure it's worth the hassle. Plus Ubaldo at $10 would be a keeper wouldn't he?

Cuddyer = Melky
Romero = Ogando

So I'm up Soria and Davis and lose two of my best keepers. I can't do that deal.

Also, I think I need 2 SP to gain ground in W and K. Davis is a 4th OF now and I am last in SB...8 would get me a point, so he's a non-factor for me.

Ubaldo would be a keeper which is why I want him included. Maybe I'm being greedy / unrealistic.
