He hits a ton, strikes out a ton, runs extremely well and play decent defense. Exciting is almost his middle name. But, he's only 21 and has never been above AA.

Is there a path to the big club this year for more than a cup of coffee?
What about 2024?
What defensive position will he settle in?

The Reds were playing the Royals in KC. Patrick Mahomes asked for an autograph. Cruz sent a bat signed fastest man in the world.

Oddly, this was probably not a dig at Tyreek Hill. Mahomes sent back an autographed football and Cruz didn't recognize the name.

In any event, Cruz and Gunnar are my best 2022 WW pickups in a keeper league. With Cruz, I get three years before he gets expensive. Gunnar only gets two.
