In all seriousness, I think that the Rays have mis-managed Jennings. He will likely be at least 25 before he becomes an MLB regular. This is a guy who's got a ton of his overall value locked up in his wheels. Seasons of 60 SB's/15 3B's are his upside. Contrast that to premier speed guys like Crawford and Reyes who each multiple high impact MLB seasons under their belt before turning 25. Speed guys usually start to lose a step or two by age 30 which is why their peak prowess is usually their age 22-28 seasons, for Jennings half of which will have been spent for naught toiling in the minors.
