Auction and serp are held online (auction 3/20 *PM EST lasts 2 hours and serp 3/22 8PM lasts 2-3 hours). League is highly active and very competitive. Finals will be winner of top 2 divisons vs winner of bottom 2 divisions . Good luck!!! Ties as far as records will be broken by h2h,division record and then winning percentage.
Finals will be over a 2-week period. There are no add/drops during the finals. Lineups can be adjusted between weeks.

All ties during the playoffs week go to the higher seeded team . This is in the event of a score ending 5-5 , not ties in each category . Consider it home field advantage.
If 2 teams are tied in winning % in the standings at the end of the year, the first tie breaker will be H2H record and second tie breaker will be which team has more total wins. If its 3 teams or more, it goes directly to total wins.

The last week of the regular seaon is known as matchups week . Although you will see a schedule there , the matchups will be set by me on Sunday night and the last week of the regular season schedule will be 1vs2 3vs4 5vs6 7vs8 in each division .
....We use FAAB transactions. Each team will have $200 to spend on players who are free agents. Bids will be done via the add/drop screen and you will put who you want, for how much and who to drop. If you need to get a player for the upcoming Week you list them all with the same add/ drop. For example
add Adam Everett $5 drop Hiram Bocachica
add Jason Bartlett $4 drop Hiram Bocachica
Tying bids go to the team with the worse record.
FAAB time is Wednesdays and Sundays overnight.
FAAB is now throughout the season and including the playoffs. there will be no moves going into the second week of the finals. No exceptions
Unless your player is scheduled to come off the DL during the next period, you arent allowed to put DL players or minor leaguers in your active lineup. Failure to keep your lineup compliant may result in the commisioner activating someone from your bench or temporarily adding a player to your roster. Repeated offenders will not be eligible for the playoffs.
You cannot add a player without a drop unless you have an empty roster spot available. You also cannot come back to me after youve dropped a player and ask me to drop someone else. It wont be allowed. Also, all players dropped cannot be picked up until the next FAAB period.
All rosters must stay at 27 players or less. The only exception is if you add a player via trade and its uneven. In that event you have until end of day to get to 27.

There are no players allowed to be started unless the are projected to be back during that period or if they got hurt in the period in question. If a player who has been on the DL isnt taken out of the starting lineup for the following period, the commisioner reserves the right to substitute a player from the owner's bench.
Draft
This is the most unique part of the most exciting part of the year. Each owner gets $100 auction dollars and there are 5 nominations per owner. You can get as many or as few players as you choose. Once you run out of money, you lose your nominations. Its not recommended as the nominations have trade value. Trading is allowed between rounds 3-4 and 4-5 . You may trade auction money, nominations or draft picks. As long as you have a buck you have nominations. Once auction is done , the rest of the draft is serpentine. There is trading of picks at any time after round 3 of the auction til the end of the draft, but you mustuse the trade feature in the draft room. Please note, There is no trading at all until the conclusion of round 3 in the auction.
