Shane Baz should be back next weekend.

In his final rehab start, Baz gave up 1 ER and matched a career-high with 10 K's in 4.1 IP on 79 pitches.

Fastball topped out at 99 mph, sat 96-97 mph.

Baz struggled in his 2022 season debut on Saturday, giving up 5er, 3h, 3bb over 2.1 ip with 2 k's. The big blow was a grand slam by Luis Arraez, who has looked like the second coming of Tony Gwynn this season.
