Good site for pay to play?

I have been playing in the NFBC the last few years, but with the recent developments, it seems like that signing up with them again is a gamble, even their message boards that were accepting signups seems to be down. Are there any other sites out there that have been used and have been trustworthy(do they pay out when they are supposed to)?
